We understand the importance of ensuring your information, such as your trail camera photos, data, and credit card transactions, is secure. All pages are secured from login to log out using the same cryptographic protocols as banks when transferring critical data. Each page of our application uses a secure socket layer (SSL).

Security of Our Servers

DeerLab's physical infrastructure is hosted and managed within Amazon’s secure data centers and utilizes the Amazon Web Service (AWS) technology. Amazon continually manages risk and undergoes recurring assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards. Amazon’s data center operations have been accredited under:

  • ISO 27001

  • SOC 1 and SOC 2/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 (Previously SAS 70 Type II)

  • PCI Level 1

  • FISMA Moderate

  • Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)

Your Personal Password

If you share your account with others, we recommend making sure your password is as secure as possible. When creating a password, try not to use common names and always includes special characters, upper and lower case letters, and numbers.

If desired, you can always change your password by going to your account section. To access your account, select the gear icon at the top right on every page, as seen below.
